An Expanded Vision

Towards the end of last year, God asked me to release my long-held vision for my Life & Leadership coaching practice. In its place, I’ve been gifted a vision of a holistic and expansive wellness practice. A practice that supports individuals who are also committed to living with intention and re-directing their lives towards more gratitude, joy, hope, and love. A practice that serves those who are brave enough to choose abundance (even as we’re continually flooded with external messages of scarcity and lack).

What I know now is that how we show up at work is just a reflection of how we show up in life. Deepening your spiritual practices, releasing limiting beliefs, and getting clear on who you are, what you want in life, and what your purpose is - leads to elevation in all areas, including your career.

I’m no longer interested in limiting the impact of my coaching by solely focusing on helping clients pursue professional growth – I want to help you get in alignment with your soul.

I want to spend multiple sessions exploring questions like: Who are you? What is your purpose? What is your highest vision for your life? What are you releasing so that you can live in alignment with this vision? How are you growing and transforming daily?

Future healing containers I create will get straight to the heart of self-realization, which I now know is unconditional self-love.

I’ve been on a journey of intentional living for six years, but my life didn’t truly change until I learned to love and accept myself exactly as I was. The amazing thing about complete self-acceptance is that it gives you the ability to grow and change while being led by love, instead of being driven by dissatisfaction with who you are or where you are in life.

Through unconditional self-love, I have remembered the sacred truth that I have the ability to co-create my life with The Divine. Through daily devotion and consistent spiritual practices, God is guiding me towards a career of holistic service. One that I never allowed myself to dream of before this season. I’m eternally grateful.

I hope that the shifts I am leaning into will ultimately serve you as well. Speaking of which, I’d love to share more about the spiritual and educational journeys I’m embarking on this year to strengthen my ability to hold space for you.

Integrated Energy Healing – In September of 2021, I gifted myself with an immersive healing experience in the form of the Integrated Energy Healing (IEH) Training for practitioners led by Millana Snow. My primary intention for attending the training was to deepen into my own self-healing journey and usher in a true season of rebirth. I was astounded to find that I was naturally a gifted healer and that I had learned to tap into this gift while being raised and cultivated for leadership in the church. In many ways, the IEH training ushered in a level of self-acceptance I hadn’t felt since walking away from the Christian Church and the faith I was raised in. I am loving the expansive spiritual beliefs I’m leaning into now and how my expended understanding of God allows me to honor my gifts as a guide and healer too.

Spiritual Coach Training – In February, I’ll start an energy-focused Spiritual Coach Training led by Shola Arewa, the author of Opening to Spirit. This holistic training program will help me strengthen my understanding of the Chakras, energy flow, mindfulness, yoga, trauma release, and more.

Health Coach Training – In May, I will begin my year-long journey to becoming a certified Health Coach with the Institute for Integrative Nutrition. I am thrilled! Many don’t know this, but I was a certified personal trainer for a couple of years after dropping 40+ pounds in my early 20s. My fitness journey pre-dates my intentional living journey, and it’s been very circuitous. This endeavor is another homecoming for me. I’m looking forward to nourishing and healing my body through nutrition and holistic wellness as I learn and then sharing my knowledge with all of you!

I am so excited to share my new practice and future offerings with the world. But for right now, I’m focused on learning + resting, integrating, and fully embodying the gifts and vision I’ve been given.

All will be done in Divine time.
